Involvement from design until completion of a large range of special purpose machinery for the automatic hooking and assembly of a variety of clothes hangers.

Autobyte Machinery. (Manufacturer of picture and photo framing automation).
Involvement from design until completion of machinery for high speed mitreing by guillotine of picture and photo frames in both wood and plastic,machinery for the automatic assembly of  frames and machinery to stretch the material onto the frame to produce the modern ‘stretch canvas’ pictures.

PCI Membranes. (Manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the filtration and purification of liquids).
Involvement from design to completion of a range of machinery updating and modernising an existing production line for manufacturing tubular membranes.
To create Technical Files and upgrade existing machinery for CE marking prior to an entire factory move to Europe.

Jacktie Company. (Manufacturer of a patented method of securing scaffolding to cladded steelwork).
Involvement from design to manufacture of this unique system of securing scaffolding
which required special load testing to achieve its CE marking.

UKAEA. (Responsible for decommissioning radioactive waste)
Several small special purpose machines used to handle components during salvage procedure.
Strip and rebuild an existing wet waste drying plant into a new 20 foot container,using  but updating as necessary the original electrics and heating systems, adding more safety systems,ensuring EHSR are achieved and creating an acceptable Technical File.

Siemens. (Traffic Division)
The manufacture and CE marking of two small pieces of equipment which required load testing and stability,a ladder steady and a traffic light hoist.
